Privacy Policy

What we collect

This website collects personal data in two places, and nowhere else.

• Contact form. Your name, and — if you choose to give them — your company and phone number, together with your email address, the enquiry type you select, your message, the language you were browsing in, and the product page you started from if you arrived from one.
• Job applications. If you write to us about a role, we receive whatever you put in that email, including your CV and any attachments.
• Technical data seen when you send the form. Your IP address is seen by the provider that handles the submission and used to block automated abuse. If your browser cannot reach that provider directly, the message passes through our own server instead, which uses your IP address for the same purpose — held in memory for a matter of minutes, never written to a database or to any log we keep.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or any other tracking on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and take the steps you asked for before entering a business relationship — because that is necessary to respond to a request you made.
• To assess a job application — again, steps taken at your request prior to a possible employment relationship.
• To keep the website working and protect it from automated abuse — our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-spammed contact channel.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations where a business relationship follows.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter on this site.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is seen by the Planet Group employees who need it to handle your enquiry, and it passes through the service providers who run our infrastructure:

• our website hosting provider, which serves the site;
• our form provider, which receives what you send through the contact form, screens it for automated abuse and passes it on to our inbox;
• our business email provider, where the message is then read and answered.

These providers act on our instructions only. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to. Some of these providers operate servers inside the European Economic Area; where data reaches a country outside it, the transfer is covered by the provider’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries sent through the contact form: 24 months from our last correspondence with you, then deleted — unless a commercial relationship began, in which case the record follows our normal accounting retention obligations.
• Job applications and CVs: 12 months from receipt, so we can consider you for a role that opens in the meantime, then deleted. Tell us at any time if you would rather we deleted yours sooner.
• The copy of your enquiry held by our form provider: deleted once it has been passed to our inbox and we no longer need it there, and in any case within the 24 months above.
• Rate-limiting data, where a submission passed through our own server: minutes, in memory only. Nothing survives a restart of the application.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time; doing so does not affect anything done beforehand.

Write to info@planet-group.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is sent over an encrypted connection and screened for automated abuse by the provider that handles it, and access to the inbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
